Windsor Woods Wildcats

Windsor Woods Elementary first opened in 1966. The past 5 decades have seen many changes at Windsor Woods: the addition of a gymnasium in 1991, a new building opening in 2008, as well as a variety of caring and dedicated administration, faculty, and staff throughout the years.

The faculty and staff at Windsor Woods Elementary serve approximately 385 students in grades K-5. Aside from curriculum, Windsor Woods students learn to ROAR like a Wildcat. To ROAR is to be Responsible, On Task, Acting Safely, and Respectful.

School Mascot: Wildcat

School Colors: Royal Blue and White

Mission Statement

Our mission is to shape young Windsor Woods citizens by combining family and community resources with a variety of teaching methods, which results in lifelong learning.


Doctrina Est Perpetua is a Latin translation of the phrase "Life Long Learning." It is part of our mission statement and a major practice of the staff.
